【Alliance Tasks】

The tasks of this Alliance are as follows, promoted and executed in accordance with relevant regulations:

• Article 1: This Alliance is named the Cycling Common Protocol Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance).
• Article 2: The Alliance assists industry development by formulating relevant protocols and standards, promoting e-bike industry cooperation (including e-bikes, hand-cycles, and electric tricycles), and assisting the government in promoting related policies.
• Article 3: Provide professional technical consultation and services to Alliance members, share product development technical resources, and promote member development and growth.
• Article 4: The Alliance may establish an Expert Committee in response to industry development needs, with a Technical R&D Division. The Technical R&D Division's task is to formulate common protocol standards (power, connectors, communication, sensors, etc.) to promote industry upgrading and transformation.
• Article 5: The Alliance Expert Committee establishes a Promotion Services Division to coordinate internal and external industry resources, promote industrial ecosystem and international cooperation and exchange, and actively develop international market opportunities.
• Article 6: The Alliance may establish various functional groups as needed to execute its tasks.
